RODEO Vennekort (RODEO Friend card)
What is RODEO Vennekort?
At RODEO we want your visit to feel like dropping in on a friend. That is what the RODEO Vennekort is for – a membership that gives you 20% off all treatments and products in every RODEO salon, points on everything you buy, and a long list of member-only extras.
With the Vennekort you also get access to RODEO & Friends, a network of discounts from our favourite bars, restaurants and businesses across Denmark, plus exclusive member campaigns and an invitation to our annual member event. Most members earn the price back on their very first visit.
Choose the membership that suits you
DKK 149 / 12 months – annual membership. Renews automatically for 12 months at a time.
DKK 19 / month – monthly membership with a 6-month binding period (minimum DKK 114), then rolling monthly renewal.
Before you sign up
Both memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically unless you cancel in time. Payment is taken automatically from the card you used for your first payment, and we email you before each renewal.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. It lapses once the membership has been used, and it does not apply to renewals.
You can cancel in writing to info@rodeo.dk. The cancellation must reach us no later than 14 days before the end of your current membership or binding period.

Questions about RODEO Vennekort
RODEO Vennekort is available as either an annual or a monthly membership, and can be bought in the app, here on the website, or in one of our salons.
Annual membership – DKK 149 for 12 months
The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and renews automatically.
Monthly membership – DKK 19 per month
The membership has a binding period of 6 months with a monthly payment of DKK 19.*
Memberships renew automatically unless they are cancelled in time.

Right of withdrawal
When you take out a membership you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal lapses if the membership has been used, and it does not apply to the automatic renewal of an ongoing membership. To use your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at info@rodeo.dk before the deadline expires.
Cancellation
Memberships can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current membership period at the earliest.*
Cancellation must be made in writing to info@rodeo.dk and must reach us no later than 14 days before the end of the membership period or the binding period.
You can keep using your RODEO Vennekort during the notice period and until it expires.

Yes. Memberships at RODEO renew automatically unless they are cancelled in time.
Annual membership
The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the membership period it renews automatically for another 12 months.*
Monthly membership
The membership has a binding period of 6 months. When the binding period ends, the membership continues automatically on a rolling one-month basis and renews each month.

*Renewing an existing membership is not considered a new purchase, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to renewals.

Member benefits can be used without limit on treatments and products throughout the membership period.

Please note: invitations to events and entry into RODEO Rewards require your consent to marketing.
The RODEO loyalty programme rewards you for a number of actions, and the points you earn on one salon visit can be used on your next.
- When you rebook in the salon, you receive 400 points as a gift. The points are reserved until your next appointment has taken place – if you cancel or move the appointment, you do not receive the rebooking points.
- When you buy or renew a RODEO Vennekort, you receive your welcome bonus of 500 points straight away.
- If you have recommended RODEO to a friend through your personal referral link, your points are added after your friend has been in the chair for the first time. Recommend a friend here.
You earn 1 point per krone spent at RODEO after any discounts. Points can be used as payment for products in the salon only.
1 point is worth 2 øre.
You can see your points in the app under “Konto” → “Loyalitetsprogram”.
Your points expire 12 months after they are earned, and using them requires an active membership. If your membership ends, you lose the right to use your points.
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash or paid out digitally.
Yes. RODEO Vennekort can be used in all of our salons.
You will find your personal link in the app under “Referral” – send it to the friend you would like to recommend RODEO to.
Just follow these three simple steps:
- Share your personal sign-up link with your friend using the “Share” button.
- Your friend creates a profile using your personal sign-up link.*
- Your friend automatically gets 35% off their first women’s or men’s haircut.**
After your friend’s visit you automatically receive a personal message giving you 35% off your next women’s or men’s haircut.**
